Leadership Lesson From the First Follower

I first encountered this video when I was at a conference last week.  We always talk about how you need to be a leader.  But whats a leader if there is no one to follow.

We all heard of the "to many chief's and no Indians" terminology.  The first follower is just as important, or maybe even more important then the leader.  Even though they might not get the credit they deserve, he or she were the one's to show people that it's the cool thing to do. (Or to make it comfortable for people to follow the leader).  When one follows, then another will soon come, and then another, and pretty soon it's like a domino effect and that's when movements are born.  Enjoy the video!
